IMPORTANT NOTICE: IEF has a new URL: iefworld.org>, and is preparing a new IEF web site in Drupal in order to offer more services to IEF members and users (forums, blogs, wider participation). We shall also migrate to a new server. All links to files within the site will change at that time. We shall try to provide forwarding from existing links, but some disruption is inevitable during the transition. In the meantime, the URL forwards to the existing site. If any IEF members have experience with Drupal and would like to help with the migration, please contact the IEF secretariat.
