There is no set diet or dress prescribed by the Baha'i Faith. We
believe in the concept of Unity in Diversity. This means we have the
same goal in observing Baha'u'llah's teachings and building a new world
order but at the same time revelling in the cultural diversity found
throughout the world. I love to attend Baha'i meetings arround the world
and eat a variety of delicious food, hear beautiful accents, and feast
my eyes on the differing attire.
We are guided in the Writings in the generalities of what we should eat
and how we should present ourselves. Abdul'Baha has said a few things
on what science would identify as the correct food for man in the future
and Baha'u'llah wrote the Tablet To The Physician. Please ask your
local Baha'i friends for books with the appropriate references.
I hope this has helped answer you questions.
