Why does Christ claim to be the alpha and the omega ? This surely implies
that there will be no Messenger after Him ?
Not so - we know of Muhammad, the Bab and Baha'u'llah who all brought God's
revelation to mankind after the time of Christ.
My understanding of this is that the Manifestations are all one in their
essence, and that they ALL are indeed the alpha and the omega, the
beginning and the end, the Seal of the Prophets.
Also, Muhammad brought to an end the Prophetic cycle which started with
Adam...this could be amother interpretation of the phrase "Seal of the
Prophets".
We are told that the creative word of God has many interpretations...I'm
sure what we have discussed is just the tip of the iceberg !
