Near the end of the Revelation of John, Jesus says (paraphrasing, because
nobody here in the computer lab has a Bible)
"I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End."
To me, this is a beautiful way of Jesus communicating His eternity.
In the Book of Certitude, Baha'u'llah explains that spiritually, each of
the Prophets is all of the others. In that sense, each is the "First"
and each is the "Seal." When Muhammad said that He was the "Seal" he
was, like Jesus, communicating that He is eternal in being, and He is one
with all of the Prophets of God. He was not saying that the "hands of
God are chained."
