I do understand your point. The teachings of any religion should first
be strongly tested. I think that it is commendable that you question our
beliefs as well as your own(you probably wouldn't be here if you
didn't). Baha'u'llah may well have been lying. To consider that point
objectively you must look at what he had to gain by doing so. Truly it
would have been better for him and his family if he had never stepped
forward to proclaim himself a messenger. Yet he did, and it got him
forty some years in exile and prison. He lost his land, his money, and
the prestiege that came with being a member of the royal court(he was
offered his father's job I believe). He, in effect gave up a life of
wealth and easy living for one of hardship and trial. It is possible
that he was lying, but who is to say?

: I truly agree, if you believe Baha'u'llah to be true, then by all means

Thank you Audil. I hope that you do find that religion that is best for
you. I continue to test the Faith daily. It hasn't failed me yet.
Though I have disagreed with many of your points in the past they were
allways challengeing. I think that the best anyone can do is follow
their heart, do their best to follow God(however they choose to do so),
and continue on their way through life.
God be with you.
