no new revelations

Reading in the Kitab-I-AQDAS
Baha'u'llah says that if someone comes with a revelation
before 1000 years he is a liar. Is this 1000 years literal? So
there is a seal on any new manisfestations for 1000 years or will the
next One say that Shoghi Effendi just mistranslated the text?

Also whats up with the name of God Allah ?
If I am coming from a Judeo/christian background can I not call him
Yahweh or Jehovah?
