Pioneering Question

Hello

I have a question concerning pioneering [a "pioneer" is any individual
moves to another place for the purpose of teaching the Baha'i Faith to
others -mod]. If one is in debt, is it forbidden to go pioneering, or
does the debt matter? What if complete deferment is needed while
pioneering? Is pioneering wrong if the person is depeendent on someone
else to support them while pioneering?
